建筑工程造价管理中 BIM 技术的应用研究

简要概述了 BIM 技术的特点，分析了现阶段我国工程造价管理中存在的问题，并从工程决策、设计、招投标、施工、竣工等方面，深入剖析了 BIM 技术在工程造价各个环节中的应用，有利于提升工程造价的管理水平。%The paper briefly introduces the BIM technique features,analyzes current domestic engineering cost management problems,and analy-zes the application of BIM technique in engineering cost from aspects of engineering decision,design,bidding,construction and completion, which will be good for improving engineering cost management level.
