This paper analyzed the relationship between regional culture and city museum interior design,elaborated the material and spiritual carriers of regional culture in city museum interior design,from the historical and cultural symbols,natural resources,color design three aspects, illustrated the expression technique of regional culture in city museum interior design,aimed to create a living city museum interior space.%分析了地域文化与城市展览馆室内设计之间的关系，阐述了地域文化在城市展览馆室内设计中的物质与精神载体，从历史文化符号、自然资源、色彩设计三方面，说明了地域文化在城市展览馆室内设计中的表现手法，旨在创造出有生命力的城市展览馆室内空间。
