中国国家公园体制的可行性分析与研究

摘要

结合国家公园体制的内涵及发展现状，借鉴国外国家公园建设的主要经验，分析了建立中国国家公园体制面临的机遇与挑战，并提出了一些规范管理建议，指出国家公园体系不仅有利于自然资源的保护和大型郊野系统的构建，也可优化自然资源的生态服务功能。%Combining with the connotation and development present situation of national park system,this paper learned the main experience of foreign national park construction,analyzed the opportunities and challenges establishment of Chinese national park system,and put forward some suggestions for planning and management,pointed out that the national park system not only beneficial to the natural resources protection and large country system construction,also optimize the ecological service functions of natural resources.
