This paper elaborated the construction background of heat network monitoring system,from the monitoring center,communication net-work system,site monitoring unit and other aspects,introduced the function and components of heat network monitoring system,and analyzed its application effect in practical engineering,pointed out that the heat network monitoring system had high efficient,reliable,energy saving advanta-ges,worth popularization and application in heating unit.%简述了热网监控系统的建设背景，从监控中心、通信网络系统、现场监控单元等方面，介绍了热网监控系统的功能及组成要素，并分析了其在实际工程中的应用效果，指出热网监控系统具有高效、可靠、节能等优点，值得在供热单位推广应用。
