Combining with actual geological conditions of Chengde city,the paper analyzes its hydrological features,summarizes hydrological problems needing attention in geotechnical engineering survey by listing groundwater accidents,and illustrates hydrological evaluation points,with a view to guarantee survey smooth and to improve engineering construction quality.%结合承德市区的地质实际情况，分析了其水文地质特征，通过列举由地下水引发的案例，总结了岩土工程勘察中应注意的水文地质问题，介绍了做好水文地质评价工作的要点，以保证勘察工作的顺利进行，提高工程施工质量。
