基于 AHP 层次分析法的博物馆管理机制优化研究

摘要

分析了博物馆改革与发展的现状及其影响因素，采用数学AHP层次分析法，建立了层次分析结构模型，根据约束条件构造判断矩阵，确定了博物馆管理机制存在的问题，并制定了科学合理的优化发展方案，从而提升博物馆的管理机制和专业功能，促进其良性发展。%The paper analyzes museum reform and development status and influential factors,establishes Analytic Hierarchy Process structure model by applying AHP method,builds the structural judgement matrix according to limited conditions,finds out problems existing in museum management mechanism,and formulates scientific and rational optimal development scheme,so as to improve the museum management mecha-nism and professional functions,and to promote its good development as well.
