建设项目招投标风险管理研究

摘要

Aimed at the risk of project management in the organization may encounter in the process of risk identification,estimation,evaluation and control are expounded and summarized,and the engineering construction project bidding risk identification and estimation,and puts forward some management measures,control and management of the implementation of the construction project is of great significance.%针对项目管理组织中存在的风险，从风险识别、估计、评价以及控制过程等方面进行了阐述，通过对工程建设项目招投标风险的识别和估计，提出了风险的控制和管理措施，对建设项目的实施具有一定意义。
