河南省新农村建设节能规划设计案例分析

摘要

Combining with some problems in the construction planning of Baidong Village of Bainiu Town in Dengzhou City,the paper illustrates the energy-saving and planning allocation scheme from the water system,buildings and reforestation,points out the architectural energy-saving measures for the walls and roofs,and proves by the practice that the design scheme for the energy-saving can achieve better environmental and e-conomic benefits.%结合邓州市白牛镇白东村建设规划中存在的问题，从水系、建筑、绿化三方面，阐述了该地区节能规划布局方案，并提出了墙体与屋顶的建筑节能措施，经实践证明，该节能规划设计方案取得了良好的环境、经济效益。
