建筑业新生代农民工职业认同问题分析

摘要

从新生代农民工的特点入手开展实际调查，分析了影响建筑业新生代农民工职业认同的主要因素，并在此基础上从价值认同、环境保障、职业培训等方面，提出了提高职业认同的建议和措施，保证建筑业从业人员的有效供给。%From the features of the new migrant workers,the paper undertakes the survey,analyzes the main factors affecting the career identity of the new migrant workers,and points out some suggestions and measures to improve their career identity from the value identity,environment guarantee,and vocational training,so as to ensure the effective supply for the staff in the architectural industry.
