介绍了刚性接触网密封装置选材与形状设计方法，对该装置的接触问题进行了有限元分析，实现了不断开刚性接触网前提下的防护密闭处理，计算结果表明接触网移动板压缩行程超过5.5 mm时，密封性能是可靠和安全的，为刚性接触密封装置在实际工程中的应用提供了理论依据。%The paper introduces the materials selection and shape design for the rigid catenary,undertakes the finite element analysis of some problems at the catenary of the device,realizes the protective sealing treatment with the premise of opening the rigid catenary continuously,and the calculation results shows that the sealing performance can be reliable and safe when the compression travel of the moveable plate of the cate-nary is over 5. 5 mm,so as to provide some theoretic reference for its application.
