谈现代智能建筑的发展

摘要

阐述了智能建筑的定义及其系统构成，介绍了现代智能建筑在国内外的发展状况，从建筑设计、系统升级等方面，分析了现阶段我国智能建筑发展中存在的问题，并提出了相应的解决措施，对智能建筑的相关研究有一定的参考价值。%Elaborated the definition and its system structure of intelligent building,introduced the development situation of modern intelligent build-ing at home and abroad,from the architectural design,system upgrade and other aspects analyzed some existing problems in present stage our intelli-gent building development,and proposed corresponding solution measures,had certain reference value to related research of intelligent building.
