基于主体功能区规划的生态框架体系完善策略

The paper analyzes the main connotation of the national main functional divisions,points out the methods for the improvement of the land strategies planning of the ecological framework system,and illustrates the ideas to solve the problems in the national and regional ecological planning according to the research on the application of the ecological framework system,so as to enhance the spatial balance of the population, economy,resources,and environment,and form the reasonable space development structure.%分析了国家主体功能区的主要内涵，提出了以生态框架体系完善国土战略规划的方法，通过研究生态框架体系的应用方式，阐述了解决国家及区域生态规划问题的思路，有利于促进人口、经济、资源、环境的空间均衡，形成合理的空间开发结构。
