This paper briefly described the advantages of steel reinforced concrete composite structures,taking a new multi-layer garage engineer-ing as an example,through the scheme comparison,using the steel reinforced concrete structure to construction,from the anchor bolts embedded, steel column installation,concrete pouring and other aspects,summarized its construction technology key points,ensured the stability and con-struction quality of building structure.%简述了型钢混凝土组合结构具有的优势，以某新建多层车库工程为例，通过方案比选，采用型钢混凝土结构进行施工，从地脚螺栓的预埋、型钢柱的安装、混凝土的浇筑等方面，对其施工技术要点进行了总结，确保建筑结构的稳定性及施工质量。
