抽动秽语综合征患儿脑干听觉诱发电位的研究

摘要

对40例抽动-秽语综合征患儿（TS组）和32例健康儿童（对照组）行脑干听觉诱发电位（BAEP）检查。结果TS组Ⅰ～Ⅲ、Ⅰ～Ⅴ波峰间期较对照组显著延长（P＜0．05），TS组BAEP异常为轻度17.5％、中度5％、重度2.5％，异常率为25％。认为TS患儿中枢脑干受到损害，损害程度为轻中度，但体格发育没有受到影响。%To observe the changes of brainstem auditory evoked potential（BAEP）．40 patients with Tourette′s syndrome（TS） and 32 normal children were studied in BAEP．The results showed that Ⅰ～Ⅲ，Ⅰ～Ⅴ waves interpeak latencies were significantly pronlonged（P＜0．05），and 10 cases（25％） showed abnormal BAEP．Those suggest that there are mild to moderate damages to brainstem，but the physique development is not affected．
