ACE基因I／D多态性与缺血性脑卒中的关系

摘要

To evaluate the relationship between angiotensin converting enzyme（ACE） gene I／D polymorphism and ischemic stroke in Chinese population，the I／D genotype of 294 patients with ischemic stroke and 280 controls without stroke was determined by polymerase chain reaction（PCR）and corresponding probe hybridization.Results showed that the I／D polymorphism was in agreement with Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium in either cases or controls，but neither the prevalence rates of genotypes nor allele frequency of I／D polymorphism was significantly different between these two groups.In addition，the distribution of this variant in China is very distinct to that of England.This suggests that the I／D polymorphism of ACE gene cannot be a genetic risk of ischemic stroke in Chinese population.%为了解血管紧张素转换酶（ACE）基因I／D多态性与中国人群缺血性脑卒中之间的关系，利用PCR和分子杂交技术对北京地区294例缺血性脑卒中患者及280例非卒中者的ACE基因I／D多态性进行了检测和分析。结果表明，I／D多态性在两组人群中的分布均符合Hardy-Weinberg遗传平衡定律，但该位点基因型频率及等位基因频率在两组人群中分布无差异，与英国人群相比则有显著差异。提示ACE基因I／D多态性不是中国人群缺血性脑卒中发病的遗传学危险因素。
