Caveolin-1在肝细胞癌中的表达及其意义

摘要

Objective To investigate the expression of Caveolin-1 Mrna in hepatocellelar carcinoma (HCC) and discuss its roles in oncogenesis of HCC. Method Sixty hepatocancinoma tissues and corresponding adjacent tissues and ten normal liver tissues were examined by RT-PCR method to analysis the level of Caveolin-1 Mrna. Result The level of Caveolin-1 expression in HCC tissues, adjacent liver tissues and normal liver tissues was 0. 197 ±0. 116, 0. 142 ±0.087, 0.457 ± 0.094 (P < 0.01). Conclusion Caveolin-1 has close relationship with the occurrence and development of HCC, which may be a tumor-suppressor genes in oncogenesis of HCC.%目的 研究Caveolin-1 mRNA在肝癌组织、癌旁肝组织及正常肝组织中的表达情况,及其与肝细胞癌发生发展的关系.方法 收集广西医科大学肿瘤医院肝细胞癌患者手术切除的肝癌组织、癌旁肝组织各60例,正常肝组织10例.用RT-PCR方法分析Caveolin-1 mRNA在3种不同组织的表达差异.结果 Caveolin-1 mRNA在肝癌组织、癌旁肝组织、正常肝脏组织中的相对表达量分别为0.197±0.116、0.142±0.087、0.457±0.094(P＜0.01).结论 Caveolin-1与肝细胞癌的发生、发展有密切的关系,在肝细胞癌的形成过程中可能起抑制作用.
