不同浓度高盐饲料喂养致高血压模型的实验研究

         

摘要

Objective To feed rats with high-salt diet of different concentrations, observe changes in artery systolic pressure of rat-tail, to investigate a reasonable period and concentration to lead to hypertention by purely feeding high-salt diet. Methods One hundred and thirty 3-week-old (weanling) male Wister rats were randomly divided into groups; Normal-diet-group ( Group Ⅰ, n = 10) , 4% -salt-diet-group ( Group Ⅱ , n = 30 ) , 6% -salt-diet-group ( Group Ⅲ, n = 30) , 8%-salt-diet-group (Group Ⅳ, n =30) , feeding-8%-salt-diet-after-adult-group (Group V , n =30). Artery systolic pressure of rat-tail and rats' s weights were surveyed at different time. Results When rats were 25 weeks old, Group Ⅳ involved a higher rate of hypertension than Group Ⅰ-Ⅲ , but there was no difference between 25 weeks old and 21 weeks old (P>0. 05). When rats were 21 weeks old, there was no difference between Group Ⅳ and Group Ⅴ (P>0.05). Conclusion To adult Wistar rats, 8% -salt-diet is a reasonable concentration and 12 weeks is a reasonable period to make hypertention models.%目的 给大鼠喂以不同浓度高盐饲料,动态观察大鼠尾动脉收缩压变化,探讨单纯高盐饲料喂养致高血压合理盐浓度及喂养时间.方法 3周龄(哺乳期后)雄性Wistar大鼠130只,随机分组:普通饲料组(Ⅰ组)10只;4%高盐饲料组(Ⅱ组)30只;6%高盐饲料组(Ⅲ组)30只;8%高盐饲料组(Ⅳ组)30只;成年后开始喂以8%高盐饲料组(Ⅴ组)30只.测量不同盐浓度、喂养不同时间大鼠尾动脉血压及体质量.结果 高盐饲料喂养至25周龄,Ⅳ组高血压形成率高于前3组,与同组21周龄时无差异(P>0.05);Ⅴ组和Ⅳ组在21周龄时高血压形成率无差异(P>0.05).结论 成年Wistar大鼠喂以8%高盐饲料喂养12周致高血压模型较为合理.
