针刺风府穴对紧张型头痛大鼠血浆NO 和 ET 水平的影响

         

摘要

目的:观察针刺风府穴对紧张型头痛( TTH)大鼠血浆一氧化氮( NO)和内皮素( ET)水平的影响。方法将48只Wistar大鼠随机分为四组各12只,空白组不作任何处理,模型组、风府穴组和假穴组颈部注射ATP制作TTH模型,造模成功后,风府穴组针刺风府穴,留针10 min,假穴组局部针刺非经络非穴位,留针10 min。针刺结束后1 h取血,采用分光光度法测定血浆NO,ELISA法测定血浆ET。采用电生理手段评价大鼠头痛情况。结果空白组、模型组、风府穴组和假穴组NO分别为(29.51±9.54)、(38.33±11.39)、(30.82±7.33)、(36.46±6.39)μmol/L,ET分别为(54.74±7.95)、(69.24±9.94)、(60.19±10.52)、(64.79±8.52) ng/L,风府穴组、空白组NO、ET与模型组比较,P<0.05;风府穴组与假穴组NO、ET比较,P均<0.05;假穴组ET与空白组比较,P<0.05。针刺前空白组、模型组、风府穴组和假穴组肌电潜伏期分别为(8.37±1.35)、(7.52±0.57)、(7.63±0.64)、(8.98±1.64)ms,针刺结束后分别为(8.277±1.30)、(7.420±0.61)、(8.233±0.71)、(9.163±1.66)ms,风府穴组与同组针刺前及针刺结束后模型组比较,P<0.01。结论针刺风府穴可降低TTH大鼠血浆NO和ET水平,缓解局部肌肉紧张,此可能是针刺风府穴治疗TTH有效机制之一。%Objective To investigate the influence of acupuncturing feng-fu acupoint on NO and ET levels in blood plasmaofratswithTTH.Methods 48Wistarratswererandomlydividedintofourgroupswith12ratsineachgroup.The blank group was subjected to no disposal, while model group, Feng-fu acupoint group and non-acpoint group were subjected to prepare model of rats with TTH by injuring ATP into bilateral semispinalis capitis of rats.After modeling succeed, model group′s rats were treated with acupuncture into Feng-fu, and non-acpoint group ones were treated with acupuncture into non-acupoint, the NT being 10 min individually, then measured plasma NO levels by spectrophotometry and plasma ET lev-els by ELISA method.Results Blank group, model group, Feng-fu acupoint group and non-acpoint group′s NO levels were (29.51 ±9.54), (38.33 ±11.39), (30.82 ±7.33) and (36.46 ±6.39)μmol/L respectively, and their ET levels were (54.74 ±7.95), (69.24 ±9.94), (60.19 ±10.52) and (64.79 ±8.52)ng/L respectively.The NO and ET levels of blank group and Feng-fu acupoint group compared, P<0.05.The NO and ET levels of Feng-fu acupoint group and non-acpoint group compared, P<0.05.The ET level of non-acpoint group and blank group compared, P<0.05.Before acu-puncturing, blank group, model group, Feng-fu acupoint group and non-acpoint group′s myoelectricity incubation period individually were (8.37 ±1.35), (7.52 ±0.57), (7.63 ±0.64) and (8.98 ±1.64)ms, while after acupuncturing, their myoelectricity incubation period individually were (8.277 ±1.30), (7.420 ±0.61), (8.233 ±0.71) and (9.163 ±1.66)ms, before and after acupuncturing Feng-fu acupoint for the same group was very meaningful(P<0.01).Conclu-sion Acupuncturing Feng-fu acupoint can decrease NO and ET levels in blood plasma of rats and relieve local muscle ten-sion, which may be an effective mechanism that acupuncturing Feng-fu acupoint could cure TTH.
