非接触式激光多普勒血流成像技术对人手背部微循环血流的观察

         

摘要

目的:应用激光多普勒血流成像技术观察人手背部微循环血流灌注量变化。方法采用非接触式激光多普勒血流成像仪检测10例健康成年人手背部的微循环血流灌注量。结果手背平均血流灌注量为60.72 PU,示指甲、大拇指甲、中指甲、无名指甲和小指甲中血流灌注量分别为(302.64±115.32)、(339.99±137.53)、(353.44±131.36)、(356.53±129.05)、(389.39±146.32)PU,大拇指、示指、中指、无名指、小指上部血流灌注量分别为(238.06±139.08)、(195.64±78.15)、(144.80±73.76)、(143.85±75.34)、(146.74±54.80)PU,大拇指、示指、中指、无名指、小指下部血流灌注量分别为(128.23±50.84)、(105.65±41.84)、(73.16±27.79)、(81.61±31.18)、(71.15±25.13)PU。结论应用激光多普勒血流成像技术可观察到人手背不同部位的表面血流灌注量存在差异,血流灌注量手指甲以示指甲最低而小指甲最高,上半部从大拇指到小指依次减少,下半部大拇指最高而小指最低。%Objective To observe the blood flow perfusion in human hand microcirculation by the laser Doppler perfu -sion imaging ( LDPI) technology .Methods The non-contact LDPI was used to detect the microcirculatory blood perfusion in 10 healthy adults′hands.Results The mean blood flow perfusion in human hand was 60.72 PU;the blood flow perfu-sion in nails of forefinger, thumb, medius, ring finger and little finger was (302.64 ±115.32), (339.99 ±137.53), (353.44 ±131.36), (356.53 ±129.05) and (389.39 ±146.32) PU, respectively;the blood flow perfusion in the upper parts of forefinger, thumb, medius, ring finger and little finger was (238.06 ±139.08), (195.64 ±78.15), (144.80 ± 73.76), (143.85 ±75.34) and (146.74 ±54.80) PU, respectively;and the blood flow perfusion in the lower parts of forefinger, thumb, medius, ring finger and little finger was (128.23 ±50.84), (105.65 ±41.84), (73.16 ±27.79), (81.61 ±31.18) and (71.15 ±25.13) PU, respectively.Conclusions We can observe that there are significant differ-ences among different parts of the back of hands by using LDPI technology .Forefinger and little finger nails show the lowest and highest blood perfusion levels , respectively;the perfusion levels in the upper part of finger nails decrease successively from thumb to little fingers;and in the lower part , thumb nail has the highest level of blood perfusion while little finger nail has the lowest one .
