双指数模型扩散加权成像参数与鼻咽癌TNM 分期的相关性

摘要

Objective To explore the correlations between biexponential model ( IVIM) diffusion weighted imaging parameters and nasopharyngeal carcinoma ( NPC) TNM stage.Methods Forty-nine newly diagnosed NPC patients re-ceived MRI examination.The correlations between IVIM parameters (including ADCstandard, ADCslow, ADCfast, Ffast) and TNM stage were analyzed.Results Stage T showed negative correlation with ADC slow(r=-0.356, P<0.05)and positive correlation with ADCfast(r=0.388, P<0.05).Stage N, M were all positive correlated with ADCstandard(r=0.313 and 0.349, respectively, P<0.05).Conclusion The biexponential model diffusion weighted imaging parameters maybe helpful in clinical staging and management of NPC .%目的：探讨模型（ IVIM）扩散加权成像（ DWI）参数与鼻咽癌TNM分期的相关性。方法对49例鼻咽癌初治患者行IVIM-DWI检查，并进行TNM分期，分析IVIM-DWI各参数（ ADCstandard、ADCslow、ADCfast、Ffast ）与TNM分期的相关性。结果 T分期与ADCslow呈负相关（r＝－0．356，P＜0．05），与ADCfast呈正相关（r＝0．388，P＜0．05）；N、M分期与ADCstandard均呈正相关（r分别为0．313、0．349，P均＜0．05）。结论 IVIM-DWI参数与鼻咽癌TNM分期存在相关性，可能对鼻咽癌分期有一定指导意义。
