This paper introduces the definition of disruptive innovation made by the foreign and domestic experts, summarizes conception of disruptive innovation, analyzes implementation methods of disruptive innovation, describes the foreign and domestic research status, and puts forward remained issues and prospects at the end.%介绍当前国内外学者对破坏性创新的定义,并总结破坏性创新的概念,分析破坏性创新实现方法,阐述破坏性创新国内外研究现状,最后分析尚存的问题和展望.
