基于层次分析法和模糊综合评价的订单优先等级策略

         

摘要

In Human - machine Hybrid Production Systems, the order of arrival time, delivery time, product model, process lines are different every time. In order to obtain the return as high as possible and to meet the delivery requirements, the enterprises need to choose orders and give them priority so as to implement the planning of production and scheduling of machinery and staff. Indicators are chosen from the aspects of delivery time, order amount, the importance of customer and so on. We used AHP to determine the weight and defined the fuzzy evaluation matrix. With comment rating scale, finally, we summed the scores of each grade level as a basis for priority order.%在订单式生产人—机工序混合系统中,订单的到达时间、交货时间、产品型号、工艺路线及数量等都可能不一样,企业为了获取尽可能高的收益并满足交货期要求,需要对客户订单进行选择及优先等级排序以便于生产计划制定或机械、人员调度.从交货期指标、订单金额、客户重要性等方面确定评价指标,用层次分析法确定权重,以评语等级比例确定模糊评价矩阵,最后以各等级分数的总和作为订单优先级别的依据.
