供应链建立合作伙伴关系前后的获利模型研究

         

摘要

随着经济全球化的进一步发展,企业之间的竞争已经由以前的“单打比赛”转化为“团体比赛”,建立供应链合作伙伴关系是时基竞争下的必然要求.本文基于两级供应链模型,建立了供应链企业的决策模型,分析了分散决策与集中决策下供应链企业的响应时间、定价以及获益情况,并结合具体算例来比较两种决策下各变量的结果来论证是否有必要建立供应链合作伙伴关系.%With the development of global economy, the competition among enterprises became "team games" instead of "single game". It is necessary to build the supply chain partnership in the time - based competition. Based on the two -level supply chain model, we constructed profit models of supply chain enterprises before and after the cooperation, analyzed supply chain enterprises response time, price and benefit under the dispersion and centralism decision - making, and proved whether to establish supply chain partnership through comparing results of various variables under the two kinds of decision - making.
