临床研究是医学研究中最为重要的组成部分,是评价疾病治疗方法的安全性和有效性的一种研究方法,开展临床研究,无论对患者、医生、医院、社会都有重要的意义.然而,目前我国的基金资助体系中对临床研究的资助很少,仅有卫生部的行业基金和临床学科重点项目对临床研究有少量的资助,这种状况不利于临床研究的发展.在此背景下,中山大学利用自筹经费,在全国率先设立了临床研究5010计划,以此促进临床研究的发展,提高临床医生的医疗水平.对中山大学临床研究5010计划的目的、设计、管理以及实施的效果进行总结,试图为国家进一步完善临床研究的资助模式提供借鉴.%As the most important part of the medical research, clinical research (CR) is a technique to evaluate the safety and validity of disease treatments. It is significant for patients, physicians, hospitals and society to conduct CR. Nevertheless, funding contribution to CR in current funding system remains few, only health department industry funds as well as key projects of clinical disciplines. This situation is adverse to the development of CR. In this context, the first nationwide establishment of CR 5010 program utilizing self - financing by Sun Yat - Sen University is conducted to promote the evolution of CR and the medical standards of clinicians. This article is to generalize the objective, design, administration and implementation of Sun Yat - Sen University CR 5010, as well as to seek to offer reference for further improvement ofr the award strategy of CR.
