Taking Zhejiang Geely Group for example, this paper firstly analyzes and summarizes the concrete implementation mode of HII in the company as well as its influence on the promotion of the enterprise competitiveness. Then it reveals the HII management model under Geely Group' s strategic direction, which includes the organizational culture, the management system, the organizational elements and so on. Finally the paper gives some suggestions on how to carry out the HII successfully.
