平面动画工程管理技术研究

摘要

以平面动画工程为研究对象,从管理学的计划、组织、人事、领导和控制五个基本方面,对平面动画工程所涉及的相关管理技术和管理活动进行分析研究.重点明确了平面动画工程管理技术和管理活动的基本内容、基本原则和常用方法等,为平面动画工程的高效实施和科学化管理提供参考和依据.%Based on the two dimensional animation engineering, this study analyses the management technology and man-agement activities of two dimensional animation engineering, which refers to management of planning, organization, per-sonnel, leading and controlling five basic aspects. This paper clarified the basic content, principles and common method in the two dimensional animation engineering management technology and management activity, which offers some reference and basis for efficient implementation and scientific management of two dimensional animation engineering.
