With the appearance of "smarter earth" strategy, relative debate also prevailed at home and abroad, so a further analysis on who it is and how China would be affected needs to be deepened. This paper analyzed the context, essence and prospect of "smarter earth "strategy, then summarized its influence on China' s information strategy, information industry, information technology and information security.%智慧地球战略在国内外产生争论依然在持续进行,其意图及其对中国所产生的可能影响仍有待做深入分析.对“智慧地球”战略提出的背景、本质和应用前景提出了自己的认识,然后重点对“智慧地球”对中国在信息战略、信息产业、信息技术、信息安全等方面的影响进行了深入思考.
