Based on research on technology transformation mode in telecoms in China, the paper reshapes technology transformation mechanism in telecoms with the practice experience of technology transformation abroad. The aim is to increase technology transformation rate in telecoms and strengthen China by technology.%在研究我国通信科技成果转化模式的基础上,借鉴国内外科技成果转化理论和实践成果,创新我国通信科技成果转化的机制,提高通信科技成果转化成功率,以实现科技兴国.
