广东省科技业务统一管理平台研究与设计

摘要

On the basis of the research on key problems and service content of Guangdong scientific and technological busi ness, a unified management platform has been set up. As a framework of distributed application and centralized data sha ring, the platform has adopted frontier information processing technology such as web service, service system architecture, data exchange, system gateway and single - point login. So the provincial unified management has been creatively accom plished , thus efficiently improving the management of different departments and promoting the leading role of techonology in social economy.%在对广东省科技业务统一管理的服务内容、关键问题等进行研究的基础上,建立广东省科技业务统一管理平台.该平台以应用分布式+数据共享集中式为框架,采用Web Service、面向服务体系架构、数据交换、系统门户和单点登录等前沿信息处理技术,实现广东省科技业务统一平台管理,有效提高全省各级科技管理部门的业务管理水平和服务能力,促进全省科技对社会经济发展的支撑和引领作用.
