Four kinds of scientific measurement indicators for researchers evaluation, which includes the paper number, citation count, impact factor and H - index, were reviewed in this article. Meanwhile, the advantages and disadvantages of each indicator were summarized and the research progress of H - index was focused in the paper too. Various indicators should be integrated in order to evaluate the academic influence of researchers accurately, objectively and fairly.%概述了国内外进行科研人员评价时所采用的4种科学计量指标:发表论文数、论文被引次数、影响因子和H指数,总结了每种指标的优缺点,并重点论述了H指数的研究进展.认为只有综合运用各种指标,才能准确、客观和公正地评价科研人员的学术影响力.
