TOE-TAM模型与制造企业ERP规划策略研究

摘要

Appropriate information is significantly important to improve core competence among manufacture. Based on the "technology adoption model" and Etechnology - organization - environment model, a model of ERP adopting for manufacture is constructed with the detailed analysis on the characteristics of manufacture information, at the same time, new variables are integrated into the two classic model. This model can be used as a reference to select information for a manufacture. It can be also used to study how to improve the effect and the success rate of ERP system implementation for manufactures.%良好的信息化是制造业提高竞争力的关键.以制造业ERP实施为背景,在整合TAM(技术采纳模型)和TOE(技术-组织-环境)两个传统模型的基础上,引入新的外部变量,构建改进的制造业ERP采纳模型.该模型可作为制造业信息化参考路线图,亦可用于提高ERP(企业资源计划)系统实施成功率和应用效能的对策.
