在对我省部分科技服务机构人力资源经理部进行问卷调查基础上发现:科技服务人才状况不尽人意,不仅供不应求,且知识水平和胜任能力都相对偏低.为适应科技服务业的进一步发展,培养一批能力强、知识丰富、高水平的科技服务人才队伍是当务之急.%After studying the questionnaires to the HR managers of some science and technology service organizations in Guangdong, the paper finds that the talents are not only in short supply, but also in a low level at their knowledge and qualification. The paper strongly suggests that it is urgent to train the talents with high education, rich experience and good capacity.
