基于系统思考的部队装备管理信息化建设研究

部队装备管理信息化建设是事关我军部队装备建设整体和长远的重大课题,是一项涉及多领域、多层面、多要素的复杂系统工程,需要整体把握,科学指导.系统思考作为解决复杂系统问题的崭新理论和工具,是正确认识和指导部队装备管理信息化建设的一种有效方法.首先介绍了系统思考的基本理论,然后分析了我军部队装备管理信息化建设的现状,并强调了在部队装备管理信息化建设中引入系统思考的重要意义,最后提出了利用系统思考推动部队装备管理信息化建设的策略.%The army equipment management information construction is a significant matter relating to the whole and long -term development of the army equipment, and a complicated system engineering involving many realms, levels and factors. As a brand- new theory and tool solving complicated system problems, system thinking is a kind of effective method for us to understand and guide the army equipment management information construction. The paper firstly introduces the basic theory of system thinking. Then it analyzes the situation of the army equipment management information construction emphasizing the important meaning of system thinking used in the information construction. Lastly, it puts forward some suggestions of promoting army equipment management information construction under system thinking.
