产业集群不仅是目前世界经济的基本空间构架,而且,它正成为一个国家或地区产业竞争力形成的载体.以"宝鸡·中国钛谷"钛产业集群为例,深入分析其升级过程中面临的制约因素,结合中美钛产业发展中的异同,对集群升级提出相应对策.%Industrial clusters are main spatial components in current global economy.Moreover, industrial clusters have been becoming vectors beating industrial competitiveness of a country or a region.The paper, with a case study on "Baoji · China Ti - valley" Titanium industrial cluster, has a deep analysis on constraints during its industrial upgrading.After comparing differences and similarities of Titanium industrial cluster between China and USA, the paper proposes countermeasures in upgrading titanium industrial cluster in "Baoji · China Ti - valley".
