通过分析ERP实施后的具体情况,建立一个较为合理的绩效评价体系,并运用模糊理论对定量定性指标进行处理,建立合理的绩效评价区间,从而提出ERP实施绩效评价模型.应用结果表明,运用本文的指标体系和方法可对ERP实施绩效进行合理评价,对企业实施ERP后持续改进其绩效,具有一定的应用价值.%This paper proposes an ideal model of performance evaluation after analyzing ERP implementation. We not only conduct performance evaluation system by employing varied qualitative and quantitative analyses with fuzzy theory, but also build up a rational evaluation interval. The result shows the evaluation system has good application value.
