供应链中知识转移模式研究

摘要

Knowledge transfer is the premise of knowledge - sharing and the key to maintain and improve competitive advantage in the supply chain. Based on the discussion of the types and characteristics of the supply chain knowledge and transfer, the paper analyzes two types of knowledge transfer: implicit transfer and tacit transfer. Meanwhile, a push -pull mode of knowledge transfer in the supply chain is presented.%在探讨供应链知识及供应链知识转移的类型与特点的基础上,认为供应链知识转移中存在隐式转移和显性转移两种方式,并提出供应链知识转移中的推拉模式.
