管理科学知识呈现"管理理论丛林"之势后,面对浩如烟海的管理知识,人们在应用这些知识时感到无所适从和无法选择,因此产生相应的"丛林迷失效应",管理理论与管理实践需求之间的隔阂愈来愈深、渐行渐远.首先对管理理论与实践产生隔阂的原因进行剖析,继而在探寻管理学科属性基础上提出"设计"科学理念的引入是解决这一隔阂的有益尝试.%After the scientific knowledge of management has become “the management theory jungle”, in the face of the tremendous amount of management knowledge, people who applied the knowledge sometimes feel confused and unable to choose, so a corresponding “lost jungle effect” gave a rise to. The gap between the management theory and the actual demand of management practice occurred more and more deeply and the two sides are drifting further and further apart. At first, this article probes into the reason why the gap between the management theory and management practice occurs, whereby based on the property of management science, we point out that the introduction of “design” science concept is the beneficial attempt which can solve the problem.
