专利地图在我国高校专利技术研发中的应用

摘要

The paper describes the meaning of patent map and analyses current situation of patent in our universities from three fields: the patent application is concentrated in a few universities, the patent of universities is in a low rate of implementation and universities are mainly invent patent application. At last it analyses the application of patent map in patent technology development of universities by way of patent map including the enlightenment of developing clue, tracing technology leading countries, tracing important competitors, tracing the trend of application fields and gasping the development key.%阐述专利地图含义,从高校专利申请仅集中在少数高校、高校专利的实施率较低和高校以发明专利申请为主三方面分析我国高校专利现状,运用专利地图分析方法,分析专利地图在高校专利技术研发中的应用,包括启迪开发线索、跟踪技术领先国家、跟踪重要竞争对手、跟踪应用领域趋势及扩展和把握研发重点.
