基于DEA的中国创新型城市创新绩效分析

摘要

Through data envelopment analysis (DEA) and CCR model, the paper has an empirical analysis on 17 innovative cities innovation performance, indicates the effectiveness of technological innovation, scale efficiency, and the slack variables including excess capacity and insufficient quantity. It finds problems and provides proposals for policy implementation and innovative cities development.%采用数据包络分析(DEA)方法并运用CCR模型,对17个国家级创新型试点城市的创新绩效进行实证分析,得出其技术创新有效性和规模有效性.在得到松弛变量的过剩量和不足量的基础上,进一步挖掘创新型城市建设存在的问题,为政策实施和创新型城市发展提供依据.
