关于国有粮贸集团多元化战略的反思——以A集团为例

         

摘要

三十多年来,A集团改革创新,不断探索,进行了一系列多元化经营的探索和实践,已经从单纯的粮油贸易公司发展为集国内外贸易、实业、金融、房地产开发于一体的多元化集团,取得了一定的成绩,为国有资产的保值增值做出了贡献.然而,在集团多元化高速发展的同时,也暴露出了一些问题.通过对A集团多元化战略进行案例研究,重点剖析其存在的问题,并提供一些建议,引发对构建多元化战略的思考,力求对我国国有粮贸企业制定和实施多元化战略有所启示.%Since thirty - four years, A Grain Trade Group has moved from pure grain and oil trading company to set domestic and foreign trade, industry, finance, real estate development in one diversified group, and has made some achievements and increased the value of state - owned assets through reforming, innovating and continuing to explore a series of diversified practice.However, the rapid development of group diversity, it exposed some problems.Based on the case study of the Group' s diversification strategy, the paper focuses on analyzing the existing problems and providing some suggestions,leading to the thoughts on the construction of diversification strategy, hoping to have implications for the state - owned enterprises to develop and implement diversification strategy.
