资源环境与经济增长要素贡献率的实证研究

摘要

Resource and environment are the main factors that constrain economic development. Based on the data of Tai'an city, we make the Granger causality between the data of GDP and resources consumption and environment protect govern investment, we find that resources consumption and environment protect govern investment are not the Granger causes that promote the increase of gross national product. So we use the method of C - D production function modified by Tinbergen and Solow Residual to calculate the production factor' s contribution rate between 1990 and 2008 of Tai' an. The findings show that the scientific and technological progress is the main power that pushes forward the economic growth, and at the same time, the economic growth of Tai' an is in the stage of intensive economic growth.%资源环境是制约经济发展的主要因素,以泰安市数据为例,将国内生产总值与资源消耗、环境保护治理投资额作Granger因果检验,得出资源消耗及环境保护投资额并不是国内生产总值增长的Granger原因,因此采用丁伯根改进的C-D生产函数,利用索洛余值法计算泰安市1990-2008年的各生产要素贡献率.结果显示,科技进步为泰安市经济增长的主导力量,同时泰安市经济发展已经进入集约型经济增长阶段.
