摘要

This paper briefly introduces the background of reform of property rights in research institutes.Then, by analyzing the situation and the existed problems in the process of reform, this paper puts forward some measures about solving the problems.Finally, it gives some suggestions about supporting policies.%简要介绍了技术开发类科研院所产权制度改革的背景,通过分析改革的现状及存在问题,提出深化技术开发类科研机构产权制度改革的相应对策,并在扶持政策方面给出了一些建议.
