河南省高校科技人力资源状况分析

摘要

Taking the relative data recorded in Henan statistical yearbook on science and technology as statistical sources,using scientometrics method, we analyzed the status and structure of college' s S&T HR in Henan, and contrasted it with that of enterprises and professional scientific research institutions, so that we could show some running characteristics and law of college' s S&T in Henan, with the hope to give some guidance on development of college' s S&T in Henan.%以记载的相关数据作为统计源,运用科学计量学方法对河南省高校科技人力资源随时间动态变化及其结构状况进行定量研究,并与河南省科研院所及企业的科技人力资源投入状况作横向比较,揭示河南省高校科技活动运行的一些特点和规律,以便在实践中更好地认识和指导河南省高校科技工作的进一步开展.
