基于商业方法专利构建企业技术战略的研究

摘要

提出一种电子商务环境下构建企业技术战略的新方法.以商业方法专利为切入点,通过专利组合和专利引用将企业技术战略构建常用的“由内而外”和“由外而内”这两种方法结合起来,利用聚类分析的结果构建出企业技术战略模型.该模型明确了企业间的四种关系,使企业能够更加清晰地确立自己在业内所处的技术位置,同时也使合作伙伴/竞争者更加明朗.%This paper developed a new method to construct technology strategy for enterprises under the e — commerce circumstances. Business method patents were used as raw data. Two basic analytical methods were combined by patent portfolio and patent citation to construct enterprise technology strategy model based on clustering analysis. The model illustrated four relations between firms and made it clear that what position they are in, and who are the cooperators or competitors.
