基于竞合状态的知识联盟伙伴关系与动态能力的实证研究

摘要

对竞合状态下知识联盟伙伴关系对动态能力的影响进行了研究.首先,在理论回顾的基础上分析了动态能力的构成维度,并将联盟伙伴关系分为纵向关系和横向关系.然后,研究了不同竞合状态下联盟伙伴关系对动态能力的影响并提出假设.最后,进行实证研究,认为伙伴关系作用于动态能力形成中,不同竞合状态下联盟伙伴关系对动态能力的影响是不同的,我国企业在竞争主导型知识联盟下仍需加强联盟伙伴纵向关系的建立,以获得竞争优势.%This article studies the influence on dynamic competence impacted by knowledge alliance partnership under cooper - competition state. Firstly, on reviewing of the theories, the constitutive dimensions of dynamic competence are analyzed. The alliance partnership is divided into vertical and horizontal partnership, and then, it advances a serial of hypotheses on the influence on dynamic competence impacted by knowledge alliance partnership under different cooper -competition states. Finally, the empirical study indicates that partnership has effects on dynamic competence; The influence on dynamic competence impacted by knowledge alliance partnership is varied with the different cooper - competition states; Under competition oriented state, Chinese enterprises should strengthen vertical partnership so as to gain competitive advantages.
