在分析广州市发展低碳经济必要性的基础上,利用ExSS模型预测了低碳情景下广州市2020年的节能减排潜力,并从能源效率、产业结构、能源结构、基础设施建设、科技支撑、发展机制以及宣传教育七个方面提出了广州市向低碳经济转型的建议.%In the global context of climate change, low carbon development is no doubt a new pathway for city' s sustainable development. As one of the most economically vibrant cities in China, Guangzhou' s economic development in the future is increasingly constrained by the energy and environment. How to transit to a low carbon economy has become the focus. In this paper, based on the necessity analysis of developing low carbon economy in Guangzhou, we predict the energy saving and GHG emission reduction potential of Guangzhou in 2020 low carbon scenario by using ExSS model, and put forward seven recommendations from energy efficiency, industry structure, energy structure, infrastructure construction, scientific and technological support, development mechanism, and public education to help Guangzhou transit to a low carbon economy.
