基于灰色系统理论的创新型企业评价模型及应用

摘要

创新型试点企业在试点结束时如何对其进行评价,这是迫切需要解决的现实问题.从持续创新是创新型企业的根本任务这一基本理论视角出发,构建了基于企业持续创新动力、能力、绩效的创新型企业评价指标体系,用灰色系统理论构建了评价模型,并对云南省首批创新型试点企业——云南锡业股份有限公司进行了评价.评价结果表明,运用该方法评价的结果客观真实,符合企业实际情况.%How to evaluate innovative pilot enterprise at the end of the pilot is an urgent practical problem that needs solving. Referring to the basic theory that the fundamental task of innovative enterprises is to achieve sustainable innovation, this paper has established an innovative enterprise evaluation index system based on the sustainable innovative impetus, a-bility and performance. Then by using the grey system theory, the paper has also established an evaluation model of innovative enterprises. This model is applied to complete the evaluation on the first batch of the innovative enterprises of tin industry in Yunnan Province. Evaluation results show that the method is objective. At same time, evaluation results tally with the actual situation.
