The paper carries out the research on organizational model in the dynamic alliance of new product development, analyzes and summarizes the participants, and establishes an organizational model by combining with the theories related to dynamic alliance.%研究基于新产品开发下的动态联盟组织模式的问题,分析并总结新产品开发下每个阶段动态联盟的参与者如何选择,并结合动态联盟的相关理论,建立基于新产品开发的动态联盟的组织模式.
