探讨的是我国当代科技人员社会分层的标准与结构,借鉴一般人类社会的分层理论和科学共同体社会分层的研究成果,提出了两种资源(组织资源和文化资源)和三元标准(专业技术职称、行政职务和社会/学术声望)的分层模式,把我国当代科技人员分为高中低三大类八层级的结构.希望通过该研究丰富我国科学共同体社会分层的理论,同时为科技管理者有的放矢地制定科技管理政策提供借鉴.%The paper explores social stratification standard and structure about Chinese contemporary scientific and technical personnel. According to general human social stratification theory and the research results of social stratification in science, the paper puts forward two resources (organization and cultural resources) and ternary standards (professional and technical titles, administrative rank and social/academic prestige) as stratified mode, divides Chinese contemporary S&T personnel into three types and eight levels. Then it analyzes the features of every types and levels. The purpose of this research is to enrich the theory of social stratification in scientific community, as well to provide reference for S&T managers.
