基于引证的科技期刊学术价值指数初探

摘要

Aiming at the problems of assessment index of sci -tec journals such as total citations and impact factor, the paper puts forward that the index of academic value of sci - tech journals, i. e. the ratio of cited frequency per paper and citing references per paper of journals is taken as comprehensive assessment index of academic value (beneficial result of academic exchange) of sci - tec journal based on the recognition of relationships between academic exchange function, academic value of journals and reference citing. The paper also expounds its academic meanings.%针对总被引频次、影响因子等现有科技期刊评价指标存在的问题,基于期刊学术交流功能和学术价值与文献引证关系的认识,提出用科技期刊学术价值指数即科技期刊篇均被引量与篇均引文量的比值,作为科技期刊学术价值(学术交流效益)综合评价的计量指标；并阐述了学术价值指数的学术意义.
